CIVVI CO was founded by a U.S. Army veteran from Florida with one mission — blend the grit of military life with the laid-back energy of the coast.

The name CIVVI comes from the slang for “civilian” — the shift from boots on the ground to bare feet in the sand. That transition isn’t simple. It’s earned. It’s the balance between discipline and freedom.

And that’s where the flamingo comes in.

Most people see a flamingo and think “Florida weird.”
I saw a creature that survives storms, chaos, heat, predators,
and still stands tall on one damn leg.

That’s resilience.
That’s humor under pressure.
That’s the veteran spirit.
That’s the Florida spirit.

So, we made the flamingo our mascot — and gave it armor. FAST helmet. NVGs. Operator attitude. Because strength doesn’t always have to look angry…

sometimes it looks like a pink bird refusing to fold.
